Responsabilités

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends and monitor competitors.
• Reflect the corporate image and align the staff accordingly.
• Support the Store Manager in delivering excellent customer service and uphold brand standards.
• Foster client-centric relationships and develop solid client relationships.
• Support Store Manager in promoting entrepreneurial and team spirit through effective communication.
• Ensure staff development plans and growth opportunities are communicated.
• Develop sales strategies with Retail Merchandising, Visual Merchandising and Retail Operations teams.
• Ensure store image and product care align with corporate standards and staff accountability.
