Job summary

HSBC Holdings plc in Paris seeks a junior Liquidity Manager to join the HBCE Liquidity team on a hybrid pattern. You will help manage transfer pricing policy for the Continental Europe entity, support liquidity stress testing and ILAAP work, and advise senior management on balance sheet optimisation.

You will collaborate with reporting teams, Tax, India, and business lines, developing your treasury expertise and growing into broader roles within Treasury.

Qualifications

• Clear written and verbal English for senior stakeholder materials.

Responsibilities

• Manage HBCE transfer pricing policy and oversee implementation across HSBC Continental Europe.
• Support governance papers and ALCO-related presentations with stakeholder engagement.
• Assist liquidity stress testing and ILAAP delivery and related committee papers.
• Collaborate with business/product lines to understand product range and stress-test liquidity risks.
• Propose calibration of risk limits (intraday, currency, concentration) and track actuals.
• Familiarize with regulatory liquidity metrics (LCR, NSFR) without being a purely operational reporting role.
