Job summary

DeepHealth is seeking a Legal Manager for a temporary contract in Paris to provide comprehensive legal support across corporate, contract, IP and compliance matters. The role requires advising management, drafting and negotiating international and national contracts, and ensuring compliance with AI Act, MDR, and Product Liability, while coordinating public tenders.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Law (LLM or equivalent) with CAPA or Bar admission and fluency in both English and French.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Law (LLM or equivalent) with CAPA or Bar admission, 5+ years of experience as a legal manager, in-house counsel, or in a law firm.
• Fluency in both English and French.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal support across corporate, contracts, IP and compliance matters.
• Advise management, draft and negotiate international and national contracts.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (AI Act, MDR, Product Liability).
• Coordinate public tenders.
