Mercor invites a Corporate/M&A Lawyer (France) to work on high-stakes transactions on a contract basis. The role is remote with an approximate 10-hour commitment and an hourly rate of $150–$160.

You will apply French corporate and commercial law, practise in France, and operate under NDA to protect confidentiality. Qualified to practise in France, you should be fluent in French, with at least two years in a law firm focusing on corporate/M&A or transactional work.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years in corporate/M&A or transactional practice (3+ preferred).
• Qualified to practise in France with strong command of French corporate law.
• Native or fluent French with precise written communication.
• Ability to work independently to meet deadlines and follow a rubric.

• Compare outputs side by side for each prompt.
• Score responses against the provided rubric.

• Score each response against a standardized rubric we provide.
• Submit concise written feedback for every evaluation.
• Work independently to meet deadlines and ensure thorough evaluations.

• Must-Have Primarily law-firm experience - at least 2 years (3+ preferred) in corporate/M&A or transactional practice.
• Qualified to practise in France , with a strong command of French corporate and commercial law.
• Native or fluent French , with precise written communication.
• Able to work independently to a rubric and to deadlines.
