Mirakl offers a 6-month internship in Paris within the Legal team, working directly with the Sales Legal Counsel. You will assist in drafting and reviewing client contracts, NDAs, and DPAs, while managing contract administration and supporting litigation-related tasks as needed.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a Business Law or IT Law program, with a strong interest in e-commerce, fluent in English and French, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Business Law / IT Law program.
• Interest in e-commerce and related industry.
• French: Native or bilingual; English: Fluent.

Responsabilités

• Support client contracting activities: participate in negotiations, draft and review SaaS T&Cs, NDAs, DPAs, and related documents.
• Manage contract administration: track from signature to distribution, record in CRM/CLM, assist with follow-up on pre-litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research on competition, e-commerce, GDPR, and related topics for internal teams.
• Contribute to process improvement within the legal department and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Collaborate with an international team on business and legal projects.
