Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Analyze industries and companies to identify strategic alternatives and capital opportunities.

• Lead due diligence, transaction execution and negotiations through to closing.
• Develop client presentations, marketing materials and investment theses.
• Manage client relationships and oversee day‑to‑day execution with junior analysts.
