Job summary

Wandercraft is seeking a Customer Intelligence & Sales Operations Intern to support the USA and Europe teams from Paris. You will help structure sales processes, map prospects, and enrich client data while collaborating across France, US and Europe to harmonize databases.

Ideal candidates are organized, curious and fluent in English, with a passion for health tech and innovation. The role offers exposure to CRM optimization and business development in a fast-growing MedTech company.

Qualifications

• Student pursuing a Bachelor's+4/5 degree (business school, engineering school or university).
• Interest in health, tech and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Support and improve sales processes through sourcing prospects and organizing meetings.
• Map and enrich client and prospect database across regions.
• Produce performance reports and KPI analyses.
• Assist CRM optimization and migration efforts (HubSpot).
• Identify and prospect new potential clients in hospitals and healthcare groups.
