Nomura invites you to join its Investment Banking Off-Cycle Internship in Paris, starting January. You will be part of the France coverage team, gaining exposure to live M&A mandates and financing discussions across Europe.

As an intern, you will work closely with senior bankers on live transactions, support origination and marketing efforts, perform data analysis for pitch books, and develop financial models and valuations.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English is essential.
• Interest or enthusiasm for investment banking and supporting deal execution.

Responsabilités

• Be part of a small and successful team with direct exposure to senior bankers
• Have key responsibilities in live transactions (M&A, strategic advisory)
• An Integral role in origination/marketing activities
• Gain experience in Sector coverage
• Data analysis for pitch book and discussion materials preparation
• Complete Financial Modelling and valuation
