Qualifications

• Final or gap year student at a top engineering or business university.
• Solid understanding of financial advisory processes, valuation and financial modelling.
• Previous internship experience in private equity, M&A or deal advisory.
• Clear and confident communication skills with fluency in both English and French.
• Strong motivation, proactive mindset, attention to detail and team orientation.

Responsabilités

• Financial modelling and valuation work on live deals.
• Assist origination with pitch materials, market and sector analyses for opportunities.
• Support execution of mandates: drafting presentations, assisting clients and advisors in due diligence and data room management, tracking discussions and offers.
