Falcon Green is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of a major hyperscale data centre project in Paris. You will oversee multidisciplinary teams from construction through commissioning and handover, driving programme delivery, safety and client satisfaction.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will manage cost, schedule, quality and contracts, working with clients, consultants and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to NEC/FIDIC frameworks.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering major engineering or construction projects in senior leadership roles.
• Strong ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and complex stakeholder networks.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsabilités

• Provide overall leadership for the successful delivery of a major hyperscale data centre project.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams through construction, commissioning and handover.
• Develop and implement project execution strategies to meet programme, commercial and operational goals.
• Ensure health, safety, environmental performance and quality standards across all activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and key stakeholders.
• Oversee project financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, and cost reporting.
• Drive programme performance through planning, risk management and recovery strategies.
• Lead contract administration, change management and project governance with commercial teams.
• Monitor project performance using KPIs and ensure timely reporting to senior management.
• Foster collaboration and a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
