Vincere is seeking an experienced Quality Manager for a flagship hyperscale data centre project in Paris. You will oversee quality across construction, installation, and commissioning, ensuring all work meets project specifications, client standards, and regulatory requirements while driving continuous improvement across the supply chain.

The role is a long-term consultancy (12 months, renewable) with the client requiring availability to work from design offices five days a week and then on-site

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as a Quality Manager on hyperscale data centre projects or mission-critical facilities.
• Strong understanding of construction quality processes, ISO standards, and European regulations.
• Experience managing quality for large-scale technical installations.
• Previous experience on Amazon, Microsoft or Google projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Right to work in France or ability to operate as a consultancy/independent contractor.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management Plan (QMP).
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal quality procedures.
• Deliver ITPs for the project.
• Conduct regular audits of contractors, subcontractors, and site activities.
• Manage NCRs, corrective actions, and quality reporting.
• Coordinate with construction, commissioning, and HSE teams for integrated delivery.
• Lead quality inspections and coordinate documentation for handover.
• Support the client with continuous improvement and risk mitigation strategies.
