You will partner with delivery managers and tech leads, focusing on strategy, governance and long-term program success rather than hands-on delivery. You will define roadmaps, manage governance, and shape commercial terms for large engagements, while mentoring teams and guiding

Qualifications

• Experience leading large, complex data & AI programs in enterprise settings.
• Translate data/AI strategies into actionable plans with ROI.
• Strong commercial sense with budgets, governance and risk.
• Knowledge of data platforms, AI, LLMs, and MLOps.
• Awareness of data protection and responsible AI considerations.

Responsabilités

• Define strategic roadmap for large-scale data & AI programs.
• Act as escalation point for program health, risk and outcomes.
• Oversee governance for data protection, ethics and regulatory compliance.
• Review technical strategies for feasibility and value.
• Define measurable success metrics aligned to client objectives.
• Shape commercial terms, scope and delivery models for engagements.
• Build trusted executive relationships and participate in governance forums.
• Mentor delivery managers and program leads as a senior advisor.
• Support bid strategy and alignment of client needs with EPAM capabilities.
