Sanofi is hiring a Lead Data & AI Engineering for its Paris site. The role combines data engineering leadership with AI initiatives, operating in a cross-functional, agile environment.

You will drive data pipeline development, governance, and cost optimization while collaborating with product owners, architects, and external partners. We value 8–10 years of experience in data/AI engineering, strong SQL, Python, cloud skills (AWS), and a track record of delivering production-ready data solutions

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in data engineering or AI engineering.
• Experience deploying data pipelines and data models in product-focused development under an agile environment.
• Experience in healthcare or regulatory/compliance is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into technical needs.
• Design, build and optimize data pipelines and data models.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead a team of Data & AI Engineers.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, data privacy and security standards.
