Job summary

Nomura is seeking a Paris-based Investment Banking Off Cycle Internship for six months, starting January, within the France coverage team. You will work directly with senior bankers on live M&A and strategic advisory projects, supporting origination and marketing efforts.

Fluency in French and English is essential, and you will gain hands-on experience in financial modelling, valuation, and sector coverage across energy, infrastructure, healthcare, and FIG verticals.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English is essential.
• Pursuing a finance or business degree with strong academics.
• Interest in investment banking is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in live M&A and strategic advisory work.
• Contribute to origination/marketing activities.
• Support data analysis for pitch books and discussion materials.
• Perform financial modelling and valuation tasks.
• Gain exposure to sector coverage within France.
