Job summary

Mirakl is seeking a highly motivated Master’s student for a 6-month internship in Paris, joining the Customer Success Consulting team. You will analyze client performance, contribute to strategic reviews, and help develop tailored recommendations to optimize marketplace operations.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a business school, university, or IEP.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities to engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Team player: You collaborate effectively in an international environment and share best practices.

Responsibilities

• Analyse client performance metrics and contribute to the preparation of strategic Business Reviews.
• Support the development and implementation of tailored strategic recommendations to help clients optimise their marketplace operations.
• Participate in cross-functional projects focused on process improvement, team growth, and AI implementation.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Consultants to assist clients in building their marketplace strategy (assortment strategy, seller recruitment, organizational structure).
• Help clients implement effective tools and processes for seller management and operational excellence.
