Job summary

Fundcraft France in Paris seeks a Compliance Officer to manage day-to-day compliance and internal control, reporting to the Country Head and RCCI. The role is designed to grow toward RCCI responsibility as the company expands.

You will be a key user of the Fundcraft platform, ensuring adherence to French and European rules (AIFMD, AMF, SFDR, AML). You will implement controls, advise on regulatory changes and support audits, with a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in law, finance, audit or compliance.
• 3–5 years of experience in compliance, internal control or regulatory advisory, ideally in asset management.
• Strong knowledge of French and European framework for AIFMs (AIFMD, AMF Regulation, SFDR, AML/CFT).

Responsibilities

• Support the RCCI as part of the second line of defence in compliance, internal control and ethics.
• Contribute to the annual second-level control plan and carry it out across AML/CFT, ethics, conflicts of interest, valuation, outsourcing and marketing.
• Formalise control sheets, issue recommendations and follow up action plans with teams; monitor regulatory developments.
• Assist the DPO on GDPR compliance and help define compliance platform features with tech teams.
