fundcraft France seeks a Compliance Officer to own the day-to-day compliance and internal control framework for the funds, reporting to the Country Head and RCCI. Based in Paris, you will support AML/CFT, ethics, conflicts of interest, and regulatory documentation.

You will develop annual control plans, monitor regulatory developments (AIFMD 2, SFDR, AML/CFT), supervise risk mapping, and assist in audits and GDPR efforts, with growth toward RCCI.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in law, finance, audit or compliance.
• 3–5 years of experience in compliance, internal control or regulatory advisory.
• AMF certification or willingness to obtain shortly after joining.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Support the RCCI as part of the second line of defence for compliance and internal control.
• Define and implement annual second-level control plans (AML/CFT, ethics, conflicts of interest, valuation, outsourcing).
• Formalise control sheets, issue recommendations and track action plans.
• Monitor regulatory developments (AIFMD 2, AMF doctrine, SFDR, DORA, AML package) and update procedures.
• Run the ethics framework (conflicts of interest, personal transactions, staff declarations).
• Issue compliance opinions on new funds and review fund documentation and marketing materials.
• Perform due diligence and ongoing controls on distributors and service providers.
• Coordinate AML/CFT onboarding reviews, onboarding of high-risk investors, and ongoing monitoring.
• Organise AML/CFT and compliance trainings for staff and assist first line on regulatory requests.
• Draft periodic compliance reports and coordinate external audits and AMF requests.
• Support GDPR compliance with the DPO and contribute to compliance platform features.
