Apex Group Ltd is seeking a Head of Operations, France, to lead corporate services delivery for clients with a focus on compliance, accuracy and timely reporting. You will hold presidential and regulatory responsibilities and ensure adherence to professional standards.

Based in Paris, you will manage interactions with the Ordre des Experts-Comptables, oversee AML and ethics, and drive process improvements across the French office and coordinating locations.

Qualifications

• Qualified Expert-Comptable registered or eligible to act as Responsible Expert-Comptable in France.
• Strong technical knowledge of French accounting, tax compliance, AML obligations and ethical requirements.
• Significant experience leading accounting, tax compliance or corporate services operations.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Act as President and Responsible Expert-Comptable with regulatory obligations under OEC.
• Maintain control over accounting opinions, technical positions and professional conclusions.
• Lead client acceptance, regulatory inspections and responses; manage ethics and AML oversight.
• Coordinate with Country Head, Compliance, Risk and Legal to ensure governance and controls.
