Job summary

Helsing is seeking a Communications Intern based in Paris to support media monitoring, press logistics, and content production for France. You will help track French press coverage, manage media relations, and prepare for Paris Air Show 2027 in collaboration with the communications and government affairs teams.

Ideal candidates communicate fluently in French and English, write clearly for diverse audiences, and can juggle multiple tasks with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to write clear, concise copy for different audiences.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple moving parts.

Responsibilities

• Track and analyse French press coverage daily and flag key narratives.
• Coordinate logistics for press events and media engagements from scheduling to on-site execution.
• Draft and proofread internal updates, social copy, and briefing notes reflecting Helsing's tone of voice.
• Maintain and update a media and stakeholder contact database to support outreach.
• Provide logistical support for government affairs activities, including meetings and roundtables.
• Deliver dedicated support across Paris Air Show 2027 from planning to on-the-ground execution.
