Job summary

Helsing is seeking a Communications Intern in Paris to support media monitoring, press logistics and content production across France, with a focus on Paris Air Show 2027. You will help the team understand how Helsing is discussed in the French press and keep media and stakeholder relationships organized.

Join a mission-driven team to develop clear copy in French and English, assist with events, and ensure communications materials are polished and on-brand.

Qualifications

• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
• Clear, concise copy tailored to audiences.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple moving parts.
• Ability to build relationships with media and stakeholders.
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in communications with focus on Paris Air Show 2027.

Responsibilities

• Track and monitor French press daily and report insights to the team.
• Coordinate logistics for press events and media engagements.
• Draft and proofread internal updates, social copy, and briefing notes.
• Maintain and update media/stakeholder contact database.
• Provide logistical support for government affairs activities and meetings.
• Deliver support for Paris Air Show 2027 from planning to on-site execution.
