Job summary

Havas Media is seeking an International Media Assistant for September 2026 start in Puteaux. You will collaborate with Social, Programmatic, Publishing, and Offline teams on campaigns across global clients, coordinating experts and supporting day-to-day operations.

Ideal candidates are Bac+4/5 students in communication/marketing/management with strong PowerPoint/Excel skills, bilingual in French and English, and a proactive, organized mindset. Internship duration: 6 months.

Qualifications

• Studying at Bac+4/5 level in communication, marketing or management.
• Organized and rigorous by nature.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Proactive and interpersonal.
• Strong interest in marketing, communication and advertising.
• First internship experience within an agency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Relationship management and coordination with various experts (Social, Programmatic, Publishing, Offline) through campaign stages.
• Respond to client requests and propose appropriate media activations.
• Keep up to date with market, media, and data innovations.
• Support on cross-functional projects, ad hoc studies, competitive analysis.
• Assist in financial monitoring of campaigns.
• Coordinate with local markets for briefing follow-ups and daily requests.
