Havas Paris is seeking an International Media Assistant Intern to support multiple accounts in France and abroad, starting October 2026 for a 6-month period. The intern will assist executives, coordinate with media experts, and contribute to market intelligence and financial monitoring across online and offline media.

You will work closely with local markets and receive exposure to a range of media disciplines while gaining hands-on experience in a leading global agency environment in Puteaux.

Qualifications

• Experience in media, marketing, administration, business or finance is appreciated.
• Master’s level (Bac+4/5) from business school, communication, advertising school or university; fluent in English and French.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office and comfort with numbers.
• Soft skills: organized, proactive, curious, multitasker, flexible, collaborative.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with media experts across channels during campaign phases.
• Support executives and consulting managers with client activations and requests.
• Stay updated on market trends, media innovations and competitive analyses.
• Assist in tracking campaign budgets and financials.
• Provide daily support and liaise with local markets on briefs and progress.
