Swiss Re Corporate Solutions in Paris is seeking a seasoned Claim Specialist to join our France Claim Team. You will manage claims end-to-end with precision, empathy, and strategic thinking in a dynamic, international environment.

This full-time, permanent role requires strong coverage reviews, loss assessments, and collaboration with underwriting, legal, and finance to deliver high-quality service and compliant claims handling.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing the full claims lifecycle, from notice to resolution.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in insurance or broker companies.
• Strong English language skills for collaborating with international teams and clients.

Responsabilités

• Manage claims end-to-end, from notification through resolution with precision and empathy.
• Conduct thorough coverage reviews to determine scope and advise stakeholders.
• Perform detailed loss assessments evaluating financial and operational impact.
• Develop and implement appropriate claims resolution strategies balancing client needs and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver outstanding client service aligned with CorSo Claims Commitment and SOPs.
• Collaborate with underwriting, legal and finance to ensure a coordinated claims experience.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date claims documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor and report on claims developments to stakeholders and management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance.
