SCOR in Paris seeks a Senior Claim Expert to manage complex insurance claims for large corporate clients. You will be hands-on, lead high-exposure cases, attend market and client visits, and coordinate with underwriters, actuaries and accounting staff. Travel may be required.

The role combines technical claim handling with superior service as part of SCOR's client-focused initiative and supports a Centre of Excellence in claims, reporting to the Head of EMEA Claims.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of P&C claim handling experience.
• Expertise in managing a caseload of complex claims.
• Ability to analyse data and trends across geographies.
• Fluent English and French; German language skills are a plus.
• Experience with international product lines is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate, develop, report on and resolve complex/high-value claims.
• Lead lifecycle of a claim to achieve optimal outcomes and set reserves.
• Collaborate with underwriters, actuaries and accounting staff.
• Advise on coverage, liability and quantum; provide timely reporting.
• Coach and train junior staff; participate in performance reviews.
• Maintain high client service standards and support market visits.
