IOTA GROUP is seeking an experienced EPC Contract Engineer – SURF to join an international offshore brownfield program based in Paris, France. You will be responsible for the contractual and commercial management of SURF EPC contracts throughout tendering, execution and close-out, coordinating with legal, insurance, finance and technical teams.

The role requires strong negotiation skills, a minimum of 10 years in EPC contract management, fluency in French and English, and proven experience with

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of EPC contract management experience.
• Experience with SURF packages (Subsea Umbilicals, Risers and Flowlines).
• Experience in CFT / tendering and EPC execution phases.
• International contracts with major Oil & Gas contractors.
• Offshore brownfield project experience is advantageous.
• Fluent French and English mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Manage EPC contracts from tender to close-out.
• Prepare and coordinate Calls for Tender (CFT).
• Lead contractual clarification and negotiation processes.
• Administer high-value SURF EPC contracts.
• Manage change orders, variations, and claims.
• Monitor contractor performance, milestones, and payment certificates.
• Support cost control activities, including cost forecasting and budgeting.
• Coordinate with Package Managers, contractors and project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and contractual governance.
• Contract close-out activities.
