Job summary

ANINE BING is seeking a Wholesale Director EMEA & APAC on a fixed-term basis in Paris to cover maternity leave. Based at our Paris HQ, you will lead a four-member wholesale team and maintain commercial leadership across multiple markets during the interim period.

Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee sell-in/sell-out performance, budgets, and cross-functional coordination with Merchandising, Production, Operations, and Finance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of fashion wholesale experience.
• Proven leadership of a commercial team across international markets.
• Strong knowledge of EMEA markets; familiarity with APAC market dynamics.
• Hands-on experience managing agents, distributors, and franchise partners.
• Proficient in sell-in/sell-out analysis, OTB logic, and forecasting.
• Experience with ERP and order management (3PL coordination, portals).
• Fluent English and French are required.
• Available for a fixed-term assignment in Paris starting December 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership to wholesale teams during the interim period.
• Oversee MEA & APAC wholesale portfolio sell-in, sell-through, budgeting and forecasting.
• Lead Paris showroom season sell-in with buyers, budgets, and terms.
• Manage agents, distributors and franchise partners across MEA and APAC.
• Ensure ADV operational execution and key account shipping compliance.
• Escalate issues to key accounts and maintain continuity with CEO oversight.
• Handover to outgoing director in mid-December and back to the team by May 2027.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Production, Operations, and Finance to secure deliveries.
