Watson Farley & Williams in Paris seeks a self-motivated professional to support the Senior BD Manager in management of existing client relationships and development of new business in Energy, Infrastructure and Transport sectors.

You will help implement sector-focused business development plans, prepare tailored capability statements, maintain documents and databases, and coordinate events and marketing campaigns with the Paris partners and global BD team.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English.
• Excellent oral and written communications.
• Diplomatic interpersonal skills.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Organised, proactive, able to manage multiple projects.
• Understanding of legal services and transactions.
• Master’s degree from business school or equivalent with specialisation in Law/Economics/Business.
• 1–2 years’ experience in business development/marketing in international B2B.
• Ability to work with Paris partners and global BD team.
• Understands WFW core values of respect, sharing, communication and integrity.

Responsabilités

• Support Senior BD Manager in sector-focused business development plans.
• Prepare capability statements and pitch documents with partners.
• Maintain brochures, pitch templates and databases up to date.
• Assist partners in client development activities.
• Coordinate directory submissions and league tables.
• Research market trends, clients and prospects.
• Organise client events with CRM campaigns and onsite logistics.
• Coordinate with central Digital and Internal communication teams.
• Contribute to local implementation of global BD projects.
