Akur8 is seeking a Sales Intern to support our international Sales team in Paris, focusing on prospecting, conversations with insurance professionals, and improving day-to-day processes. You will collaborate with Directors, Executives, Marketing, Operations, and Actuarial experts in a B2B SaaS setting.

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled in Business School, university, or equivalent programme and seeking a full-time 6-month internship.
• Interested in B2B sales, technology, insurance, or a role that combines business conversations with analytical thinking.
• You communicate clearly in writing and in conversation, and you are comfortable adapting your message to different audiences.
• You are organised, persistent, and able to manage several follow-up tasks without losing track of details.
• You take initiative, ask thoughtful questions, and respond well to feedback.
• You enjoy working with colleagues from different countries and functions.
• There are two open positions: one requires strong spoken and written English & French; the other requires English only; additional language is a bonus.

Aufgaben

• Identify insurance companies, reinsurers, brokers, and other relevant organisations that may benefit from Akur8’s solutions.
• Research target accounts, their business priorities, and the people involved in pricing, reserving, actuarial, data, and innovation projects.
• Build and maintain clear account lists to support focused outreach.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to help with current processes, challenges, priorities, and timelines.
• Schedule meetings for Account Executives and prepare clear notes for context.
• Work with Marketing on campaigns, webinars, events, and content for insurance professionals to improve messaging and targeting.
• Support the Sales team with account mapping, event prep, and follow-up actions.
• Prepare client-facing slides and materials and adapt content for specific client needs.
• Keep prospect and activity information accurate in the CRM; track outreach and follow-up actions.
• Prepare activity reports and contribute ideas to improve the team's processes.
• Identify repetitive tasks and suggest practical improvements; explore AI-powered workflows or agents.
