Energy Aspects Ltd. in Paris is seeking an Assistant Accountant on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

The role reports to Jérémie Carrot and sits in the Kayrros department, with responsibilities spanning accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury and expenses, month-end close and tax, plus reporting improvements. The position requires 2–4 years in accounting, strong Excel and ERP experience (SAP ByDesign and Sage Intacct are advantageous), and good English for interaction with the London team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in general accounting, accounts payable or accounts receivable.
• Strong Excel skills and experience using an accounting ERP system.
• English proficiency beneficial for interactions with Finance team in London.

Responsabilités

• Accounts Payable: processing invoices, approvals, supplier accounts, payments.
• Accounts Receivable: record and allocate payments, monitor receivables.
• Treasury and Expenses: bank reconciliations, review employee expense claims.
• Month-End Closing and Tax: prepare accruals, prepaid expenses, VAT returns, intercompany support.
• Reporting, Systems and Other: update financial reports, migrate to Sage Intacct, automate processes.
