Job summary

Jellyfish is hiring a Senior Paid Social Manager to lead end-to-end activation of multimarket campaigns across France and Europe. You will manage budgets, build client-ready reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid Paris-based setting.

Fluency in French and professional English are required, with ~3 years in multimarket paid social and SEA. Proficiency in major platforms and Excel/Sheets is essential for budget tracking and performance analysis.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and professional-level English are required to lead conversations with the client teams.
• Approximately 3 years of experience managing multimarket paid social and SEA campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major paid social platform (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, or Pinterest) and Google Ads.
• Solid understanding of PPC KPIs, full-funnel strategies, and key performance drivers.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for budget tracking and performance analysis.
• Skilled at creating structured, clear, and visually polished presentations in PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• You love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.
• You’re good at adapting strategies and plans to navigate unforeseen circumstances.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end activation, QA, and continuous optimisation of paid media campaigns across platforms.
• Manage and control budgets, monitor pacing, and adjust tactics to stay on target.
• Lead client calls and presentations in French and English, translating data into clear performance reports and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Client Management, Creative, Data, and other Media teams for smooth execution.
