Danone France seeks a Senior Leader for Packaging Materials and the DIJ agenda to connect global scientific excellence with local market impact. You will build and lead a world-class materials team, advance recycling, D4R and circularity, and foster partnerships with suppliers, universities and startups.

Reporting to senior management, you will own the global Materials roadmap across Categories and Zones, drive sustainability-driven innovation, and mentor international teams in a complex matrix

Qualifikationen

• Master/Engineer/PhD in Material science, Chemistry, Process engineering or equivalent.
• +15 years experience engaging senior stakeholders and leading international teams.
• Proven ability to drive enterprise-wide transformation in packaging materials.

Aufgaben

• Own the global Packaging Materials roadmap across Categories and Zones.
• Coordinate and Enable delivery of Danone Impact Journey Packaging pillar.
• Build the next generation packaging materials portfolio supporting growth, superiority and competitiveness.
