Danone, a global leader in food and nutrition, seeks a senior leader to drive Packaging Materials and the DIJ agenda within the Advanced Technology division. You will shape the global materials strategy, align with sustainability goals, and lead a multidisciplinary team across Regions to deliver competitive, circular packaging solutions.

You will coordinate with Categories, Zones, Operations, Procurement and R&I to translate science into market impact, manage stakeholder networks, and influence

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of the packaging industry and materials.
• Deep knowledge of packaging sustainability stakes.
• Ability to interpret scientific research to serve food contact FMCG packaging.
• Experience engaging external stakeholders to support business objectives in packaging and materials.

Responsabilités

• Own the global Packaging Materials roadmap across Categories and Zones.
• Coordinate and enable delivery of the Danone Impact Journey Packaging pillar.
• Build the next generation packaging materials portfolio to support growth and competitiveness.
• Influence senior leaders and manage complex matrix decision-making at global level.
• Build strategic partnerships with suppliers, universities, startups, industry associations and technology providers.
• Support advocacy and regulatory engagement activities and represent Danone externally.
