Job summary

Danone recherche un ingénieur packaging pour contribuer au développement d'emballages cup et flexibles, de l'idée à la preuve de concept, avec des essais en laboratoire et l'analyse des données.

Le rôle implique des plans expérimentaux clairs, la collaboration avec des équipes transverses et une attention à la sécurité des procédés en laboratoire à Gif.

Qualifications

• Master required en ingénierie, packaging ou science des matériaux.
• 1–3 ans d'expérience en développement packaging, R&I ou labo.
• Bonne connaissance des matériaux et technologies d'emballage.
• Expérience en tests en laboratoire, analyse de données et méthodes expérimentales.
• Compréhension des règles de sécurité alimentaire et du packaging.
• Capacité à analyser les données et à travailler en équipe.

Responsibilities

• Soutenir le développement de solutions d'emballage cup et flexibles, de l'idéation au proof of concept.
• Réaliser des essais en laboratoire et générer des données pour éclairer les décisions techniques.
• Traduires exigences techniques en plans expérimentaux et résultats mesurables.
• Contribuer à la supériorité produit par des tests de performance et sécurité.
• Assurer la fiabilité et la sécurité des opérations du laboratoire Gif.

À propos du poste

The main missions of the Advanced Technologies R&I Division are to:

• Create innovative and differentiating technological solutions to meet consumer and patient needs, within an approach that integrates the OPOH strategic framework. The priorities of this Division include in particular:
  • Plant-based solutions
  • Optimization of milk and dairy ingredients
  • Packaging transformation
  • Development of innovative ingredients
  • Development and mastery of technologies and processes enabling innovation and fast go-to-market, excellence in execution and investment optimization
  • Simplification of developments through the creation and combination of high value-added technology building blocks
• Support Zone/CBU teams in charge of short-term projects (H1) in finding solutions to their issues when high-level expertise is required
• Develop and equip the organization with leading capabilities, standards and systems, leveraging digital tools in close coordination with D2D

MISSIONS :

• Support the development of cup and flexible packaging solutions,contributing from concept to validated proof of concept
• Execute laboratory work, testing, and data generation to supporttechnical decisions
• Translate technical requirements into reliable experimental plans andmeasurable outputs
• Contribute to product superiority through performance, quality, andconsumer-relevant testing
• Ensure reliability, safety, and efficiency of lab operations (Gif)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Execute design iterations, testing, and validation of cup & flexibletechnologies
• Plan and run lab tests and trials (materials, mechanical, pack-productinteraction, sensory pre-assessment)
• Generate and analyse robust experimental data to support technicaldecisions
• Support development of specifications and test methods
• Contribute to validation plans (lab, pilot) and prepare inputs fortechnical reviews
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers for effectiveexecution
• Support Packaging Lab (Gif) operations and testing reliability

À propos de vous

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCES & COMPETENCIES :

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Packaging, Material Science or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in packaging development, R&I, or laboratory environments
• Good knowledge of materials and packaging technologies (plastics, paper, flexible structures)

• Experience in laboratory testing, data analysis, and experimental methods
• Basic understanding of Food Safety and packaging regulations
• Ability to analyze data and translate results into technical insights
• Strong collaboration skills in cross-functional environments
