SGX Graphics in Paris is seeking a motivated Project Coordination intern to support our packaging production and project coordination teams on graphic and packaging projects for major FMCG clients. The internship offers hands-on exposure to real projects, timelines and international teams while being closely involved in day-to-day operations at our Paris office.

Qualifications

• You must be a Bachelor’s or Master’s student (Bac +4/5) in Business, PM, or Graphic production.
• Strong interest in project coordination and packaging graphics.
• Fluent French and conversational English.
• Able to work with multiple stakeholders in a team.

Responsabilités

• Track and monitor reception of printed packaging samples.
• Coordinate validation steps with local marketing teams.
• Organise shipment and return of samples to factories and printers.
• Keep tracking tools up to date (Excel, project trackers).
• Prepare printer shipments and manage daily courier pickups.
• Support project coordinators in daily client communications.
• Archive project materials and documentation.
• Manage proofs and checks for Epson range and codes.
• Brief projects in internal tools and monitor progress.
• Update project trackers and KPIs.
• Provide invoicing support as needed.

Internship – Project Coordination ( Graphic Chain, Packaging)

We’re looking for a Project manager intern to support our packaging production and project coordination teams, working on graphic and packaging projects for major FMCG clients.

This internship offers hands‑on exposure to real projects, real timelines and international teams, while being closely involved in day‑to‑day operations at our Paris office.

You will report directly to the Project Management Lead and work closely with the local coordination team.

Your mission

As part of the project coordination team, you will actively support the delivery of graphic design and packaging projects across print, POS materials, digital assets and packaging.

The role is based in Paris and plays a key part in supporting activities that require on‑site coordination and close collaboration with local stakeholders, particularly in direct contact with client teams.

This internship is an excellent opportunity to understand how packaging and graphic projects managed end‑to‑end within a fast‑paced, large‑account environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Tracking and monitoring the reception of printed packaging samples
• Coordinating validation steps with local marketing teams
• Organising the shipment and return of samples to factories and printers
• Keeping tracking tools up to date (Excel, project trackers)
• Preparing printer shipments and managing daily courier pickups
• Handling daily mail reception and internal distribution
• Supporting project coordinators in daily exchanges with client contacts (e.g. upcoming proofs, collections, follow‑ups)
• Archiving project materials and documentation
• Managing Epson proofs (range and code checks)
• Briefing projects in internal tools and following their progress
• Updating project trackers and KPIs
• Providing support on invoicing‑related tasks

Your profile

• Currently a Bachelor’s or Master’s student (Bac +4/5) in: Business, Project Management, or Graphic production, printing, packaging, or graphic supply chain management, or any related field (including specialised schools in the graphic and print industries).
• Strong interest in project coordination and operational environments
• Curious about the graphic production and packaging value chain
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and in a team setting
• Well organised, detail‑oriented, proactive and reliable
• Professional level of French and conversational English

Additional information

• Starting ASAP
• Full‑time, Monday to Friday
• Salary offered Master 1- 900€ and Master 2- 1.000€ gross/monthly
