L’Oréal Groupe internship in Paris offers hands-on experience in Industrial Development for Master students. You will contribute to product development, décor innovations, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, labs, and Purchasing to deliver high-impact results.

You will work on ensuring launches meet cost, timing, and environmental goals while driving value through process improvements and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Master 1 or Master 2 program in engineering
• Fluent in English and French
• Strong analytical and practical mindset; rigorous and results-oriented
• Proactive with curiosity for industrial innovation; able to work in a production environment

Responsabilités

• Participate in development of new products and renovations
• Participate in development of new decorations (colors, graphic chain)
• Coordinate with Marketing, labs, Packaging, Purchasing, Plants, and other stakeholders
• Think differently and innovate to add value to product design
• Ensure compliance with product definition, cost, timing and environmental impact
• Lead cross-functional projects (value analysis, process optimization, graphic chain)
• Innovate and push boundaries during the internship
