Sephora seeks an experienced technical packaging specialist in the Paris region to lead packaging development for high-end beauty products. You will collaborate with Marketing, Formula, and Procurement to ensure feasible, cost-efficient designs and timely delivery.

The role requires 7+ years in packaging, a scientific background, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel as needed to supplier sites and project milestones.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in technical packaging roles, preferably in beauty packaging.
• Academic background in packaging/science with relevant discipline.
• Ability to manage fast-moving project pipelines and travel as required.
• Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Marketing and Formula development on new briefs to ensure viable designs.
• Coordinate with Procurement to meet budget and gross margin targets.
• Conduct risk assessments and validate feasibility, cost, and timelines.
• Oversee tooling development, drawings validation and printing areas.
• Establish homologation plans and perform required testing.
• Guide aesthetic development including color matching and decoration.
• Review and approve artwork files and manage packaging production readiness.
• Support sustainability initiatives in packaging and drive cost-quality improvements.
