Infinity Global in Paris seeks a Senior Packaging Development Manager to lead technical packaging development for luxury retail programs and to serve as the technical backbone of our European Product Development team.

The role requires hands-on expertise in packaging materials, structural design, and manufacturing processes, with cross-functional collaboration across sourcing, quality, account management, and supplier partners to deliver high-quality programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in packaging product development with luxury packaging experience preferred.
• Experience mentoring or leading junior team members.
• Fluent English; French or other European languages a plus.
• Willingness to travel 1-2 times per month across Europe and Asia.
• Proficient in MS Office; CAD or packaging design software a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead packaging development from concept to production for luxury programs.
• Evaluate materials, structures, and processes to meet client and cost targets.
• Troubleshoot issues during sampling and start-up with suppliers.
• Mentor and share knowledge across the NPD function.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions.
• Translate technical info for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and sustainability standards.
