NTU International is preparing a proposal for a project to support EU-funded programmes in the Pacific, with a focus on Papua New Guinea. A Non-Key Expert – Transport is sought to advise on transport infrastructure, mobility, connectivity and climate-resilient solutions within a regional context.

The assignment is expected to start in 2027 for 36 months, with a primary location in Papua New Guinea and potential regional missions.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field, postgraduate level preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English is required.
• Ability to work independently in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
