NTU International A/S is seeking a Non-Key Expert in Forestry, Climate Change & Biodiversity to support technical assistance for EU-funded programmes in the Pacific region, with Papua New Guinea as the primary location.

The assignment focuses on sustainable forest management, biodiversity conservation, and climate change adaptation, requiring a postgraduate-level background and 6+ years of field experience in developing countries.

Qualifications

• University degree, preferably postgraduate, in forestry, environmental sciences, natural resources management, biodiversity, ecology or climate change.
• Excellent written and oral communication; ability to draft high-quality documents and reports.
• Strong knowledge of forestry, climate change, biodiversity and/or natural resources management.
• Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally and locally, including remote areas.
