Job summary

AXA Group Headquarters in Paris is offering an OT Infrastructure Apprenticeship. You will participate in operation and development of a multi-technology critical landscape with a strong focus on security, availability and compliance.

You will work on Wazuh, Proxmox VE, VMware, Windows Server, PKI, RADIUS and Veeam while contributing to governance and documentation. You will also engage in automation and monitoring projects, receive technical mentoring, and benefit from a hybrid work model with

Qualifications

• Student in Bac+3 to Bac+5 in IT, networks, cybersecurity or similar field.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail, rigor and focus on OT security.
• Good analytical skills and ability to document procedures clearly.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage security tools (Wazuh).
• Administer Windows servers (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO) and automate tasks with scripts.
• Manage virtual servers (Proxmox VE, VMware): backups, restores, snapshots.
• Configure and maintain PKI and RADIUS for network access.
• Plan and perform backups with Veeam and verify integrity.
• Write and update documentation and procedures; track changes and incidents.
