Job summary

Volvo Group invites a motivated student to join the Vulnerability Management team as an Apprentice Information Security & Vulnerability Management H/F in Venissieux, FR. The role supports daily operations, governance, reporting, and tool usage across SharePoint, Power BI, Qualys, Azure, ServiceNow, and Microsoft 365.

You will help streamline processes and empower security engineers and regional coordinators.

Qualifications

Good communication skills in English (minimum B2 level preferred)
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 tools
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Interest in cybersecurity and digital technologies

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage requests received through Vulnerability Management mailboxes (4 in total).
Perform initial triage, categorization, and assignment of requests to the appropriate team members.
Track open actions and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of requests and operational activities.
Maintain and update process documentation, guidelines, SOPs, knowledge articles, and training materials.
Support the creation and maintenance of SharePoint content and collaboration spaces.
Assist in the collection, consolidation, and analysis of cybersecurity metrics, KPIs, and dashboard data.
Support the maintenance and validation of asset inventories, vulnerability management records, and operational trackers.
Help prepare presentations, reports, governance materials, meeting minutes, and communication content.
Support onboarding, training coordination, knowledge-transfer activities, and internal communication initiatives.
Assist Security Engineers and Regional Security Coordinators with administrative and operational tasks related to vulnerability remediation follow-up, security governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Contribute to the improvement and digitalization of team processes using tools such as SharePoint, Power BI, ServiceNow, Power Apps, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft 365.
Participate in team meetings and support action-item tracking, ensuring visibility and accountability across ongoing activities.
