Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Transformation and Strategy Lead to support executive management in strategic planning and major change programs in Rodez and the Occitanie region. You will conduct organizational diagnostics, map processes, and develop concrete recommendations to improve performance and efficiency, while contributing to digitalization roadmaps and ensuring KPI monitoring.

Candidates should hold a Master’s degree in management or related field and have 7–10 years of experience

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Management, Business, Communications, or MBA-equivalent.
• 7–10 years of experience in transformation or strategic projects.
• Proven expertise in organizational diagnosis and structural analysis.
• Experience with process mapping, analysis and optimization.
• Demonstrated change management and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support Executive Management and business unit leaders in strategic planning and transformation initiatives
• Conduct organizational diagnostics and develop concrete recommendations for change
• Implement a process-driven approach: process mapping, optimization, and identification of operational efficiency levers
• Prepare and develop operational proposals and documentation to improve company performance
• Contribute to digitalization and automation roadmaps for business processes
• Ensure operational coordination of the Company Project and monitor key performance indicators

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (Bac+5 equivalent) in Management, Business, Communications, or Business Administration
• 7–10 years of experience in similar roles (organizational transformation, management of strategic projects, consulting firm, etc.)
• Proven expertise in organizational diagnosis and structural analysis
• Expertise in process mapping, analysis, and optimization
• Demonstrated change management skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects
