Job summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Expert to provide independent guidance during the process design phase of an Oracle HCM Cloud implementation. You will work with HR leadership to ensure HR processes align with Oracle best practices and challenge unnecessary customisations.

In this advisory role, you will support fit-gap analyses, validate solution feasibility across multiple countries, and influence stakeholders to adopt standard functionality wherever possible.

Qualifications

• Strong Oracle HCM Cloud functional expertise, ideally certified.
• Experience across Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent, Compensation and Learning.
• Proven involvement in global or multi-country Oracle HCM implementations.
• Experience in HR transformation, process design, and fit-gap analysis activities.
• Ability to challenge and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Exposure to Absence Management and Time & Labor.
• Projects covering multiple European countries.

Our client is embarking on a major HR transformation programme and is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Expert to provide independent guidance during the process design phase of an Oracle HCM Cloud implementation.

• Proven involvement in global or multi-country Oracle HCM implementations.
• Experience in HR transformation, process design, and fit-gap analysis activities.
• Ability to challenge and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with Absence Management and Time & Labor.
• Exposure to projects covering multiple European countries.
