You will collaborate with R&D to integrate optics and mechanics, shape DFMA strategies, and manage supplier relations while mentoring the mechanical team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Strong CAD proficiency and hands-on prototyping experience.
• Experience designing opto-mechanical systems is a plus.
• Proven track record in product industrialization from prototype to small-scale production.

Responsabilités

• Lead advanced mechanical design of devices and custom parts.
• Drive optical-mechanical integration with R&D to align constraints.
• Define scale-up strategy for manufacturing and DFMA considerations.
• Manage supplier relationships from requirements to quality validation.
• Help shape the mechanical team's methods and best practices.
