Parallel is an AI-powered platform that helps hospitals code medical acts faster and more accurately. We're a small, fast-moving team building a product already live in hospitals and scaling.

As our new Ops, you'll own onboarding and follow-up for 30+ hospital clients and internal coders, create scalable CS processes, and serve as the bridge between clients and Product & Tech to translate field insights into priorities.

Qualifications

• Autonomous and structured; you manage your workload without being told what to do next.
• Hands-on and pragmatic; you ship solutions and iterate rather than waiting for the perfect framework.
• Analytically sharp; you look at data, spot patterns, and propose concrete actions.
• Strong communicator in French; you interact with hospital leadership and coders.
• Genuinely curious about product, AI, or healthcare.

Responsabilités

• Own onboarding and follow-up of a portfolio of 30+ clients (hospitals and internal coders), ensuring smooth adoption and top-tier support.
• Build and maintain scalable CS processes, tools and routines to monitor client satisfaction and usage.
• Leverage data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities across client workflows and internal coding operations.
• Act as the key link between clients and our Product & Tech teams – translating field insights into actionable priorities.
