Job summary

JT AI Labs, JobTeaser's dedicated AI venture, seeks a Strategic Projects & Operations Intern to join the leadership team at the heart of our delivery engine. You will own AI data projects from start to finish, starting with ASR initiatives, scoping client needs, sourcing experts, setting up workflows, guiding production and quality, and delivering on time.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ASR projects from kickoff to final delivery, translating client requirements into an operational plan and tracking timelines and budgets.
• Design and run recruitment funnels to bring domain experts and native speakers into projects across Europe.
• Set up quality-control processes, monitor KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and fix issues quickly.
• Keep an engaged expert community through clear communications, onboarding, and responsive support.
• Join calls with AI labs, prepare project updates, and help turn projects into long-term partnerships.
• Turn learnings into reusable playbooks, templates, and automations to scale future projects.

The role

We're looking for a Strategic Projects & Operations Intern to join the JT AI Labs leadership team at the heart of our delivery engine.

Leading AI labs come to us when they need top-tier human expertise to build better models. Your job is to make those projects happen. You'll own AI data projects from start to finish, beginning with our upcoming Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) projects. That means scoping the client's needs, sourcing and recruiting the right experts, setting up the workflows, steering production and quality, and delivering on time.

It's a role for people who love making complex things work. One morning you'll be designing the recruitment funnel for 200 native-speaker experts. That afternoon you'll be on a call with an AI lab, reviewing quality metrics. The next day you'll be building the dashboard that will track project progress. You'll have real ownership from day one, and you'll quickly become one of the people who knows best how AI training data gets built.

What you'll work on

• End-to-end project delivery: take part in leading our ASR projects (and the ones that follow) from kickoff to final delivery. Translate client requirements into a clear operational plan, track timelines and budgets, and make sure we deliver what we promised.
• Expert sourcing & recruitment: design and run the funnels that bring the right domain experts and native speakers into our projects, from sourcing and screening to testing and onboarding. Leverage JobTeaser's unique access to 2M+ students and graduates across Europe.
• Quality & production steering: set up quality-control processes, monitor KPIs (throughput, accuracy, expert retention), spot bottlenecks early, and fix them fast.
• Expert community: keep our experts engaged and performing through clear communications, smooth onboarding, responsive support, and programs that make them want to come back for the next project.
• Client interface: join calls with AI labs, prepare project updates and reporting, and help turn every project into a long-term partnership.
• Process & tooling: turn what we learn on each project into reusable playbooks, templates, and automations, so the next project runs faster and scales better.
• Beyond delivery: as an early member of a venture in launch phase, you'll also contribute to strategy, pricing, product, and research topics depending on priorities.

Qualifications

• You're a natural operator: you love structuring complex projects, juggling many moving parts, and getting things over the finish line.
• You're entrepreneurial at heart: you thrive in ambiguity and would rather build the playbook than wait for one.
• You're genuinely into tech and AI: you don't need to code, but you're curious about how AI models are trained and can hold your own in product or technical conversations.
• You have strong analytical instincts: you love structuring a problem, you're at ease with spreadsheets and KPIs, and you make decisions based on data.
• You're sharp communicator, in writing and out loud, in French and English, whether you're talking to an AI lab, an expert, or the team.
• You're rigorous and reliable: deadlines and quality standards matter to you, and people can count on you.
• You're humble and hungry: you don't need a big title to take big ownership.

Bonus: you've already run a complex project (student association, event, side project, venture), you've worked in an early-stage environment, or you speak other languages, which is a real plus for our ASR projects.
