Jobtailor in Lyon seeks an experienced Operations professional to manage insurance and health service processes, invoicing, and claims handling. You will monitor day-to-day operations, manage provider networks, and support cross‑functional teams to improve efficiency.

You will define monitoring schemes, identify risks, and lead continuous process improvements, including automation and audits, while collaborating with product teams. Fluency in English plus French or Dutch is required.

• Experience/background in operating processes and services, support functions, customer-facing commercial roles, communications, or event coordination
• Analytics skills to dive into data
• Strong organisation, follow-up, and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and French or Dutch
• Ability to work and learn independently in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility and adaptability to variable situations
• Insurance or healthcare industry experience is an advantage
• Must be authorized to work in France, Spain, or Belgium for any employer
• Visa sponsorship is not provided for this role

Responsabilités

• Run insurance or health service processes, including invoicing and claims treatment
• Follow up and monitor day-to-day operations
• Flag operational risks and opportunities
• Grow and manage provider networks
• Support internal teams through live assistance and documentation
• Define and own monitoring schemes for volumes, efficiency, and SLAs
• Identify risks and improvement areas internally and with service providers
• Supervise partnerships, participate in negotiations, and maintain daily communication for business continuity
• Perform operational quality controls and identify training needs
• Escalate feedback, help prioritize, and support process and service initiatives
• Implement continuous process improvements, including automation, external communication enhancements, and audits
• Collaborate with Product and other teams to automate processes
• Work within an Operations Runner pool and potentially rotate across scopes such as therapy, claims, fraud, or customer setup
