Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Master’s degree in engineering, MBA, or advanced technical degree preferred.
• At least five years of leadership experience.
• At least five years in workshop operations or a comparable operational environment.
• Professional fluency in written and spoken French and English.

Responsabilités

• Establish standardized initiatives to strengthen safety performance and service quality.
• Drive flawless execution by minimizing human error, maximizing equipment reliability, and meeting quality and schedule requirements.
• Capture operational feedback and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve intervention quality and equipment reliability.
• Support customers proactively by presenting Westinghouse capabilities and solutions and identifying new business opportunities.
• Position Westinghouse as the preferred customer partner through consistently high-performing services.
• Develop tools and methodologies that improve service preparation, visual management, and real-time production monitoring.
• Lead the standardization of processes and methodologies across teams.
