Responsabilités

• Manage daily operational processes across internal teams, ensuring work is coordinated, documented, and delivered efficiently
• Review existing workflows and identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, or automate recurring activities
• Partner with leadership to track operational priorities, project timelines, risks, and business performance indicators
• Coordinate with finance, HR, legal, IT, and administrative teams to support smooth cross-functional execution
• Develop and maintain operating procedures, process maps, reporting templates, and internal documentation
• Monitor vendor performance, supplier processes, and service-level expectations
• Support budgeting, resource planning, and operational reporting activities where required
• Lead process improvement initiatives to reduce delays, errors, and manual work
• Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and updates for senior stakeholders
