Sensaterra est à la recherche d’un(e) Operations Associate pour assurer le service client B2B et les opérations quotidiennes. Poste basé à Paris, 20% en centre-ville et 80% en entrepôt et chez les clients.

Vous travaillerez avec l’Operations Manager et le co-fondateur dédié, sur l’installation et le suivi des clients, le support post-vente sous 2 heures, la logistique et l’optimisation des processus. Avantages: bureau en plein centre de Paris (Sentier), boissons chaudes offertes et rémunération

Internship: This role is focused on the operations related to B2B clients.

We are looking for a Operations Associate to develop the Customer care services. You will work in a multicultural company & offices. Job based 20% in the city center of Paris and 80% in our warehouse + to our client’s places to Paris.

As an Operations Associate, your main role is make sure B2B clients are satisfied, and operated in the best way. You’ll work in direct contact with the Operations Manager and the co-founder in charge of Operations:

• Client installation & follow-up: We’ve signed a new contract ? good news, it’s your responsibility to install machines and consumables, and operate the contract throughout the full lifetime
• Customer Support : deal with all B2B after sales demands within 2h to make sure to keep a 100% satisfaction rate on Sensaterra
• Logistics :prepare the packages to be sent to client, coordinate the pick-up of the packages, assist clients with potential logistic related topics, set machines to the customers, deliver fresh coffee to B2B customers
• Process optimization : you will help optimize the processes, create a good collaboration with other department, and provide insight to increase efficiency
